I am going to try to post a new quote on my page every week.
This week's selection:
"And in the end, it's not the years in your life that count. It's the life in your years" -Abraham Lincoln.
I love this quote because it always reminds me to make my time here count. Sometimes bad things happen and people die young, but that doesn't mean their lives were unfulfilled or meaningless. I want to live every day in such a way that my life will mean something--whether I'm around for 80 more years, or for 8.
Last week's quote was pretty fun..."Life is not a journey to the grave with intentions of arriving safely in a pretty well-preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out and loudly proclaiming ... WOW! What a ride!" -Unknown
haha. It made me laugh. :D
So...basically I have all but two of my Spanish essays done. I am currently about half way through one of the them, the other I'm just going to make up. Those are the only things I have left other than studying for and taking my finals. Yay!
